    1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

      1. Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully. By using Sunlight Services, you agree to these T&Cs, and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in these T&Cs.
      2. If you DO NOT agree to these T&Cs, you must discontinue the use of Sunlight Services.
      3. Your use of Sunlight Services shall be deemed to be your agreement to be bound by each of the terms set forth below. Sunlight can change these T&Cs at any time by posting updated T&Cs on Sunlight Services or by sending registered Customers an email notice of the changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall cease using Sunlight Services immediately. If you do not cease using Sunlight Services, you will be deemed to have accepted the change. 
      4. You are expected to check these T&Cs from time to time to take notice of any changes Sunlight has made as they are binding on you. 
      5. Sunlight Services are provided solely as a convenience to you. You may access and use Sunlight Services only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with these T&Cs. You acknowledge and agree that Sunlight, at its sole discretion and without notice or any further obligation to you, may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue and refuse any, and all current and future, access to or use of Sunlight Services.
      6. You further agree that you will not:
        1. resell for commercial purposes products purchased through use of Sunlight Services,
        2. resell or make commercial use of Sunlight Services or content therein,
        3. modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any content,
        4. collect or use any product listings or descriptions,
        5. use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods from Sunlight Services,
        6. other than for your use of Sunlight Services as expressly permitted in these T&Cs, access or attempt to access any systems or servers on which Sunlight Services are hosted or modify or alter Sunlight Services in any way,
        7. forge headers, create a false identity or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any content or other information transmitted to or via Sunlight Services,
        8. use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Sunlight trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including the images found on Sunlight Services, the content of any text or the layout/design of any page or form contained on a page) without Sunlight’s express written consent, or
        9. use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing a Sunlight name, trademark, or product name without Sunlight’s express written consent.

    2. Customer Account

      1. These T&Cs will help you understand how Sunlight Services operate and ensure that we serve you fairly and properly. If you purchase products through the Sunlight Services, you must establish an account with Sunlight. Registration provides a unique identification for each Customer and allows us to trace any order in event of queries.
      2. Registration is currently done by Sunlight Team and will only be done for individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Singapore law; who are at least 18 years of age; and are not barred from using Sunlight Services under any applicable laws. 
      3. You must provide a unique email and we will register an account for you on Sunlight. You will be provided an email address which you may choose to reset on My Account page. You are responsible for:
        1. maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and your account password,
        2. restricting access to your account,
        3. be responsible for any purchases and activities that are submitted under this password,
        4. ensuring that all details provided during registration or any other time are correct and complete.
      4. You agree to immediately notify Sunlight of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security by contacting Sunlight via Contact Us page.
      5. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the registration of any individual or corporate member and/or the use of any Sunlight Services at any time for any reason, including and not limited to following:
        1. Dormant Customers,
        2. Accounts of Customers that we suspect have been compromised or used in breach of these T&Cs, and/or
        3. A Customer using multiple accounts to deliver to same address. 
      6. You acknowledge and agree that Sunlight may, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, access, preserve, and/or disclose your account information, all communications to and from you, all information relating to your use of Sunlight Services, if Sunlight is required to do so by law or legal process or if Sunlight determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the rights of Sunlight, third parties, and other users of Sunlight Services or for purposes of responding to your request for customer service. 

    3. Privacy Policy

    4. Intellectual Property

      1. You acknowledge that the Sunlight Services contain information, data, software, photographs, graphics, typefaces, music, sounds and other material (collectively “Content”) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights owned by us or our suppliers.
      2. You may not modify, reproduce, copy or distribute any of our Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 

    5. Sunlight Paper Online Shop

      1. Sunlight store and process personal data that you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to keep your mobile device and access to Sunlight Services secure.
      2. We do not recommend that you remove any software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your mobile device (including but not limited to unlocking, rooting, and/or jailbreaking your device) as that could make your mobile device vulnerable to malware, virus and other malicious programs, and that could also compromise your mobile device’s security features and compromise the proper functioning of the Sunlight.

    6. Restrictions on use of Sunlight Services

      1. You may access and use Sunlight Services only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and with these T&Cs. You acknowledge and agree that Sunlight, in its sole discretion and without notice or any further obligation to you, may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue and refuse any, and all current and future, access to, or use of Sunlight Services.
      2. You further agree that you will not use Sunlight Services for any of the following purposes:
        1. disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material,
        2. transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice,
        3. gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems,
        4. interfering with any other person's use of Sunlight Services,
        5. interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to Sunlight Services,
        6. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of our content without the prior written consent of Sunlight,
        7. make commercial use of the Sunlight Services or content therein,
        8. modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any content,
        9. collect or use any product listings or descriptions, and
        10. use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods from the Sunlight Services.
      3. Any unauthorised use of the Sunlight Services will terminate the permission or license granted by these T&Cs and will result in you being barred from use of the Sunlight Services. 

    7. Sunlight Services Availability

      1. Whilst all attempts will be made to ensure Sunlight Services access is available all the time, occasionally Sunlight Services may undergo repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services.
      2. Sunlight Services include links to other websites or materials which are beyond its control, and Sunlight takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for such third-party links.

    8. Pricing and Product Information

      1. Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders in terms of price and description through Sunlight Services, errors may occur and we do not guarantee that the pricing, product, or promotional information provided will be accurate, current, updated, or complete.
      2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that product pictures on Sunlight Services are provided to help you recognise the products, but due to packaging redesign and improvements, these may not reflect exactly the product you receive.
      3. In the event of any price difference between your Sunlight Services order and the final bill rendered, whether arising from substitutions, daily price changes, out-of-stock products, promotions, mislabelling, or mispricing etc, we reserve the right to adjust the final bill even after an online bill is presented to you. 
      4. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered in the event we are unable to fulfil any order for whatever reason. 

    9. Product Unavailability

      1. In the event that a product becomes unavailable for whatever reason after an order is accepted, Sunlight Services reserves the right to process the other products in your order.
      2. If any item you have ordered is not in the confirmation, that item is unavailable.
      3. We reserve the right to reject, and/or limit quantities on any order received.

    10. Exchange & Refunds

      1. Sunlight will contact you within five (5) business days from the date of your payment should there be any request for exchange and refund within (7) business days from delivery. 
      2. Sunlight accepts exchange or refunds if there are any damaged or incorrect product(s) delivered.
      3. Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original packaging and Order Confirmation and/or invoice.
      4. Products must be un-used and unaltered.
      5. Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.
      6. Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or store credit.
      7. Sunlight reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.
      8. All exchange or refunds must be made via Sunlight office. We do not accept item exchanges through mail.
      9. Sunlight will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
      10. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates or membership points have been credited, corresponding number of rebates/points for the Products returned will be deducted from your account. No refunds will be made if the account you used to pay us is an account not registered with a bank in Singapore.
      11. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective.
      12. Please contact Sunlight via Contact Us page if you have any queries about returns or exchanges. We will be happy to attend to you.

    11. Store Credit

      1. Store Credit (also known as in-store credit) is offered to Customers instead of cash in the following events:
        1. overpayment/double payment for orders placed on Sunlight Paper Online Shop; or
        2. item and/or quantity alterations in orders placed on Sunlight Paper Online Shop
      2. Store Credit can be used to make payment for orders placed on Sunlight Paper Online Shop
      3. Sunlight may at its sole and absolute discretion, exercise its right to limit the use of any Store Credit; and/or refund the Store Credits contained in your account to your bank account; and/or cancel your Store Credits in your account, in the following events 
        1. if we reasonably believe that the use of your account is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful;
        2. the aggregate amount of stored value held by the Store Credits, directly or indirectly, alone or together with any person over whom Sunlight has control or influence, is in breach of the prevailing laws and regulations; or
        3. the amount of Store Credits held by you in your account equals or exceeds $1,000, or any other regulatory or risk limit prescribed for that account.
      4. Your Store Credits are only valid for a period between 3-6 months with a minimum of 3 months from the date of issuance of the Store Credits into your account, unless otherwise stated in the relevant terms and conditions at the point of purchase. The expiry date in the email sent during issuance of Store Credit shall serve as conclusive evidence of the expiry date of your Store Credits. Thereafter, the Store Credits shall be deemed expired and will be cancelled immediately and without further notice. Sunlight reserves the right to deal with the expired Store Credits in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion and may at its discretion from time to time. You hereby agree that you will have no claim whatsoever against Sunlight for any expired Store Credits. For the avoidance of doubt, any such expired Store Credits are non-refundable.
      5. Store Credits can only be offered from a minimum of $10. 
      6. Store Credits may not be re-sold and unless required by law, are non-transferrable and may not be exchanged and/or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Store Credits shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no refunds in the event that your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
      7. Sunlight reserves the right to impose limits on your use of the Store Credits from time to time, including the aggregate value in your account over any time period. Sunlight may also correct the balance of your account if we believe that an error, including clerical error, has occurred. Sunlight may also, in its discretion, allocate Store Credits to you at no cost to you subject to any additional terms and conditions. Sunlight reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of or the whole terms and conditions of such free Store Credits, at any time without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.
      8. The maximum amount of Store Credits that you can hold in your account at any given time is $1,000 (or the equivalent in the local currency) or any value determined by Sunlight to be permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations.
      9. Sunlight may in its sole discretion, exercise its right to cancel or modify orders, require different means of payment, revoke or limit the use of any promotional voucher code or Store Credits.
      10. Store Credits can only be applied to product prices and not GST or delivery fee.

    12. Returns

      1. Due to the nature of our products, Sunlight do not and will not accept returns.

    13. Delivery

      1. Sunlight will provide delivery service in mainland Singapore on any orders placed through the Sunlight Services.
      2. Sunlight does not deliver to
        1. PO Box, military or protected areas.
        2. Changi Airfreight Centre, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, MINDEF COMCEN, Sentosa Island, Pulau Ubin and PSA Terminal Wharves (that is located at Tanjong Pagar/Pasir Panjang/Sembawang).
      3. Sunlight delivers between 9.00am and 4.00pm on normal working days. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and on Sunlight declared rest days.
      4. Sunlight delivers on a T+2 basis with a cut-off time of 3.00pm. For example:
        1. If you order before 3.00pm on Monday, Sunlight will deliver on Wednesday.
        2. If you order on or after 3.01pm on Monday, Sunlight will deliver on Thursday.
        3. If you order before 3.00pm on Thursday, Sunlight will deliver on Monday of the following week.
        4. If you order on or after 3.01pm on Thursday, Sunlight will deliver on Tuesday of the following week.

    14. Charges

      1. Delivery charge - The minimum order quantity (“MOQ”) for free delivery is $100.00 before GST. For MOQ equal to or less than $99.99 (before GST), Sunlight impose a delivery charge of $20.00 before GST.
      2. Administrative charge – Sunlight impose an administrative charge of $50.00 (before GST) per event for any of the following:
        1. Change of delivery address.
        2. Delay of delivery date (we do not accept delivery earlier than T+2, even if Customer pays the administrative charge).
        3. Cancellation of order.
        4. Redelivery of your order.
      3. You will be notified of any applicable charges prior to purchase on the checkout page.
        It is your responsibility to review the charges carefully before submitting an order. When you place an order, you agree to all amounts, additional charges and the final ‘Total’ amount which is displayed to you at the checkout page. You will be deemed to be aware of, and you accept responsibility for the total amount incurred under your account.
      4. Any charges that Sunlight may impose are due immediately and are non-refundable.

    15. Amending Your Order

      1. No amendment to an order is allowed once an order is processed.

    16. Payment

      1. Payment information is transmitted through a secured third-party payment channel. Once payment mode has been selected and order has been submitted, any changes on payment mode is not possible.
      2. Payment options are stated in Sunlight Services.
      3. Minor Overpayment means an overpayment of order funds by the Customer to Sunlight of up to $10. If there is a Minor Overpayment, Sunlight reserves the right to claim this Minor Overpayment in light of the administrative costs associated with returning a Minor Overpayment.
      4. Sunlight reserves the right to change the mode or method of payment for products offered at any time by announcement through Sunlight Services, emails, and any other means of communication. 

    17. Warranties

      1. Sunlight excludes all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice rendered as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of any product supplied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
      2. No agent or representative of Sunlight is authorised to make any warranty, representation or statements given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any condition, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the product supplied.

    18. Limitation of Liability

      1. Sunlight shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss howsoever arising. To the extent that Sunlight is liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of a product or any other breach of Sunlight's obligations hereunder, such liability shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the product(s).
      2. Sunlight and its third-party contractors will not be held responsible for any damage or loss after delivery. You shall not use our products in any manner and/or for any purpose for which they are unsuited for and you shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the products. You expressly agree that Sunlight assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the products and Sunlight assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. You assume all risks connected with the use and storage of the products.
      3. You unreservedly acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk in connection with the use of Sunlight Services. Sunlight shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage or loss of profits or loss of revenue however arising from the use of and/or access to Sunlight Services.
      4. Sunlight Services and all information contained therein is provided on an “as is” basis without any implied or express warranty including of any implied warranty as to title, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Before acting on the information found on Sunlight Services, you may wish to confirm the facts that are important to your decision making. Product information listed on Sunlight Services may be different from information listed on the products for a variety of reasons including such things as manufacturers’ updates and changes. Sunlight reserves the right to change or update information on any product on Sunlight Services at any time without prior notice.
      5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunlight shall not be liable for any error or omission in the content of the site including any damage or injury arising out of or in connection with any access or use of the site whether such damage/injury is caused by failure of performance, error, omission, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, theft etc.

    19. Colours

      1. Sunlight endeavour to accurately display the colours of our products that appear on Sunlight Services. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, Sunlight cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be a true reflection of the actual colours of the products.

    20. Third Party Sites

      1. There may be occasions where materials on or of third parties are provided on Sunlight Services. Sunlight is not responsible for the content and activities of any third-party site linked from and/or outside Sunlight Services. Your visit or use of any third-party site linked from Sunlight Services is entirely at your own risk. A link to another website does not mean that Sunlight endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content displayed on the other website.

    21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

      1. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Singapore. Both the Customer and Sunlight irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

    22. Termination

      1. If you violate any of these terms and conditions, your permission to use Sunlight Services may be suspended or revoked, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to, and use of, Sunlight Services at any time.

    23. Force Majeure

      1. A Force Majeure event shall be an event arising from causes beyond the control of Sunlight, including but not limited to, acts of God or public enemies, acts of civil or military authority, labour disputes, fires, riots, wars or conditions of war, embargoes, accidents, epidemics and pandemics, floods or other unusually severe weather, closing or obstruction of highways, bridges or ferries, any of which have a material, substantial and adverse effect on Sunlight’s ability to perform.
      2. If Sunlight is unable to perform any of its obligations under these T&Cs due to a Force Majeure event, Sunlight shall be excused from whatever performance is impaired by such Force Majeure event.
      3. Upon learning of such Force Majeure event, Sunlight will:
        1. promptly give notice to you and any action being taken to avoid or minimize its effect, and
        2. use reasonable commercial efforts to remedy Sunlight’s inability to perform.
      4. The suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and no longer duration than that which is necessary.

    24. Miscellaneous

      1. All customers registered to use Sunlight Services must submit their orders online through Sunlight Services. Sunlight will not accept any orders via telephone, email or fax from such registered customers.  
      2. Sunlight cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omission. Sunlight will use reasonable efforts to fulfil orders placed by you. If an ordered product is not available, Sunlight reserves the right not to replace it with a similar item of equivalent value.
      3. Sunlight shall not be liable for any loss arising from any defect, malfunction or failure of any telephone network / lines, computer systems, servers, computer equipment and software used in connection with the Sunlight Services.

    25. Promotional Campaigns
       
      1. Sunlight may offer (either directly or indirectly or solely or jointly with its partners), from time to time, cash, prize, rewards, bonus, benefits or any other promotional materials or products to Participant as part of its promotional program, survey or any marketing campaign (“Campaign”). For the purposes of this Campaign T&C, “Participant” shall mean any individual or entity, as the case may be, who participate, subscribe, register, purchase, sign up, uses, performs, refers, avails of any products or services that Sunlight sells, promotes, offers, designs, upgrades, updates and provides from time to time.
      2. These terms and conditions (and any other Campaign specific terms and conditions, if any) shall govern the terms of any Sunlight’s Campaign. Sunlight reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, alter, modify, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of any Campaign without prior notice to the Participant and Participant shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof and any other Campaign specific terms and conditions issued by Sunlight from time to time.
      3. Sunlight reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time upon giving adequate notice in any manner it deems necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, withdrawal, termination or suspension of the Campaign shall not entitle any of the Participant to any claim or compensation against Sunlight for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participant as a direct or indirect result of the act.
      4. Any and all decision made by Sunlight in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, shall be final, binding and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protest, appeals or enquiries will not be entertained.
      5. In the event Sunlight deems that Participant may fail or has failed to comply with any terms and conditions of the Campaign, Sunlight reserves the right to, amongst others, forfeit or cancel any prize, products, benefits, or materials given pursuant to any Campaign, or select another Participant without assigning any reasons to the Participant.
      6. Sunlight shall not be liable for any claim by Participant or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with any Campaign.
